Prithvi Gallery

The Prithvi Gallery was started in 1978 in Mumbai with a motive to develop therate in India. The 200- seat theatre was initially built to help develop a professional (primarily Hindi) theatre.

The various tasks it has taken up, reflect a constant aspiration to learn, grow and contribute to theatre in India.

The gallery aims at creating an interest and a greater understanding of the fine arts by means of seminars, slide shows, film shows, and panel discussions on fine arts.

Ticket rates are mentioned for all days, Tuesday & wed have a fixed ticket rate of Rs. 50/- only; tue, fri, sat & sun have optional ticket rates of Rs. 60/- , Rs. 75/- & Rs. 100/- .If tickets are kept at 50/- on THU & FRI then the pertaining rent will be charged as per the 50/- rate. Sunday morning shows will be charged rent with respect to the ticket rate charged. All tickets are of a single value only.
